The Surgery Center, LLC is jointly owned and operated by Aurora Health Care and the independent physicians who are members of Associated Medical and Surgical Specialists, LLC.

Associated Surgical & Medical Specialists, LLC includes five groups of independent surgeons and medical specialists, one of whom may be your physician. Please understand that your physician may have a financial relationship with this facility. You have the right to choose an alternative source of service. Should you desire to do so, please contact your surgeon or medical specialist’s office and ask for a list of sites where he/she has privileges to practice.
