Financial Responsibility
Billing for The Surgery Center, LLC is separate from your surgeon, anesthesiologist, pathology, or doctor’s services. Our charges include the cost for your procedure, nursing staff, drugs and supplies for surgery and recovery.
The Surgery Center, LLC is approved by Medicare and we accept many types of health plans. Our office staff will be glad to discuss all fees with you, answer any questions you may have, and help you with payment arrangements before your surgery. For your convenience, all health insurance plans are billed directly by The Surgery Center, LLC
We accept MasterCard® Visa, and Discover® as well as payment in cash or check. Patients not fully covered by their insurance plans should call our office to make financial arrangements before the day of surgery. All accounts are due within 90 days of service.
Before your appointment, please contact your insurance company for prior authorization requirements as needed by your coverage. This will avoid full patient responsibility for the charges.
