Dr. Thomas Perlewitz is fellowship trained in spinal surgery with emphasis on treatment of conditions of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine. He provides compassionate care focused on the whole individual. Dr. Perlewitz is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. His goal is to improve his patients quality of life through both operative and non-operative measures. He performs both cervical fusions and lumbar (spine) surgeries in an outpatient setting at The Surgery Center LLC.
